The interim governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozzhaev, won the elections for the head of the region. This was announced on September 14 by the chairman of the city election commission Sergei Danilenko.

“Mikhail Vladimirovich Razvozhaev gained <...> 85.72%,” he said.

Elections at various levels this year were held in 83 regions, with the exception of Kabardino-Balkaria and St. Petersburg.
