Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to ensure free gas delivery to the sites by 2023. This was reported on the official website of the President of the Russian Federation.
The order should be fulfilled by the government of the country together with the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, PJSC Gazprom and other gas distribution organizations.
“To the Government of the Russian Federation <...> to provide, until 2023, in gasified settlements without attracting funds from the population, the supply of gas to the borders of non-gasified households located near the intra-settlement gas pipelines, if there is a corresponding application, defining the criteria and conditions for such a connection (technological connection), ”the instruction says.
The first implementation report must be submitted by October 30, 2021, then it will be necessary to report by October 30, 2022 and by January 15, 2023.
Responsible for the implementation of the order are Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, senior officials of the constituent entities of Russia.
Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said that in pursuance of the task set by Putin in the course of his message to the Federal Assembly on the development of measures for free gas connection to residential buildings, the Cabinet of Ministers has prepared a bill.
