Russian Senator Alexei Pushkov commented on the Pentagon’s statement on the continuation of military operations in the Black Sea, he warned of another round of escalation in relations with the United States.
Pushkom noted that American President Joe Biden did not have time to say that the States were interested in de-escalation, as the Pentagon stopped military operations in the Black Sea.
“At any time, start a new round of escalation. This is confirmed by the entire US policy. Biden’s words are not backed up by anything, ”the senator stressed to the Telegram channel.
Earlier, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said that the US defense department “routinely conducted operations of warships in the Black Sea, and this will continue.”
