For a resident of the Pskov region, another trip to Magnit for food turned into a broken arm. The treatment cost the victim a thousand rubles, but the angry woman through the court demanded to force the trading network to pay her compensation in 100 thousand.
As was told “MK in Pskov” in the Pskov City Court, the case was considered in early August.
It turned out that the Pskov woman was injured on August 13 last year. She went into the “Magnit” on Nikolskaya Street, 3, in the village of Rodina, and near the storage rooms she caught hold of a wire stretched on the floor and fell. The fall turned out to be extremely unsuccessful – the woman from Pskov broke her arm and went for two weeks of treatment at the city hospital.
The medication and support bandage cost the victim a little more than 950 rubles. But the woman decided to seek retribution.
She managed to prove that during her visit, repair and construction work was carried out in the store, and the retail network did not ensure the safety of the customer’s stay in the store, did not take measures to prevent accidents.
As a result, the court ordered the retail chain to pay the Pskov woman compensation for moral damage in the amount of 50,000 rubles.
