To get the opportunity to travel abroad, a resident of the Pechora region repaid loans in the amount of 320 thousand rubles. As MK in Pskov was told in the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Pskov region, the violator regularly did not pay for the loan and as a result became a defendant in enforcement proceedings, thanks to which the bailiffs became interested in the debtor.
It turned out that the Pecheryan knew about his debts. However, he was in no hurry to repay them. By April of this year, the remainder of his debt was 200 thousand rubles. This circumstance did not weigh on the offender until the bailiff issued an order to temporarily restrict the debtor to travel outside the country.
It paid off. After a while, the debtor himself turned to the bailiffs, saying that he had received an offer to work abroad. And then he assured that he was ready to pay off the debt in full in order to return such a right.
