The conflict between the two guides, who conduct illegal tours of the rooftops of city houses, happened on the night of April 30. At the entrance to the front door of one of the houses on Vosstaniya Street, two excursion organizers collided. They quarreled over the right to conduct the tour earlier. Then they fought. And then one of the fighters – an 18-year-old young man – grabbed a gas pistol and shot his opponent in the face.
The victim with a wound to the cheek went to the hospital and the police. According to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg, a gas device was seized from the shooter and a protocol on petty hooliganism was drawn up against the young man.
In addition, both guides may be held liable for organizing illegal excursions.
