The Investigative Committee has brought charges against a fifty-year-old resident of Krasnoperekopsk. It is assumed that the woman tried to commit a crime against her daughter’s life. The press service of the department reported.
The mother did not agree with the move of the 32-year-old bride to another city after the registration of the marriage. The woman wanted to see her grandson more often, so there were periodic conflicts between the relatives. During the latter, the mother stabbed her daughter with a knife in the abdomen.
The victim was taken to the hospital, where she received medical assistance. Now the girl’s health is not threatened.
The mother was arrested. She made a confession. Investigators are looking into the circumstances of the incident.
