On March 3, at about 6.20 am, an accident occurred on the 296th kilometer of the M-2 “Crimea” highway in the Chernsky district of the Tula region. According to preliminary data from the regional traffic police, the 33-year-old Hyundai driver collided with an Opel. The second vehicle was driven by a 22-year-old young man.
