According to the press service of the human rights ombudsman in Russia, Tatyana Moskalkova announced that prisoner Alexei Navalny was regularly monitored by civilian doctors outside the FSIN system from March 24 to April 20.
Moskalkova clarified that she requested all the conclusions of the doctors who examined Navalny after she received many appeals from citizens concerned about the health of the oppositionist.
“From March 24 to April 20, civilian doctors regularly visited Navalny: a radiologist, a neurosurgeon, a neurologist, a nephrologist, a gastroenterologist and others … There are … expert opinions of doctors from the Vladimir Regional Clinical Hospital, written opinions of civilian doctors,” she clarified.
