On November 10, Sobyanin signed a decree to tighten restrictive measures against theaters and cinemas in the city due to the situation with the spread of coronavirus. According to the new rules, the number of spectators that can be present in theaters and cinemas will be reduced to 25% of the capacity of the hall.

The day before, the Minister of Culture of Russia Olga Lyubimova also signed a decree according to which federal museums and reserve museums in Moscow from November 13 of this year to January 15, 2021 should suspend exhibitions and group excursions amid the spread of coronavirus infection.
