The Russian manufacturer of the CoviVac vaccine against covid plans to produce 7.5 million doses by the end of the year. In the near future, the scientific named after Chumakov also plans to increase the age threshold for those who can be given the vaccine. The general director of the center, Aydar Ishmukhametov, told about this, Izvestia reports.
The Chumakov center has already submitted documents for expanding the indications for use to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
