The head of the region said that over the past seven days in the Stavropol Territory, more than 40 thousand studies on COVID-19 were carried out and promised to expand the region’s capabilities in testing and diagnosing coronavirus infection. “Now we are solving issues related to the creation of three additional laboratories in the region and the installation of new computed tomography complexes,” the governor wrote on his Instagram.
Meanwhile, since the beginning of the pandemic, the total number of cases in the Stavropol Territory has exceeded 18.2 thousand people, of which more than 13.1 thousand patients have already recovered.
