More than 100 thousand people applied for the fourth competition of managers “Leaders of Russia”. Registration for the competition will end on April 26. On April 22, Izvestia was informed about this by Alexey Komissarov, Director General of the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization (ANO) Russia – the Land of Opportunities, head of the Leaders of Russia competition.
“The majority of registrations come from participants aged 31 to 35 – 27% and from 36 to 40 – 26%. Contestants aged 41 to 45 years – 17%, from 26 to 30 years old – 12%, from 46 to 55 years old – 11%, and from 18 to 25 years old – 7%. Basically, men are registered for the competition – 73%, who announced the participation of women – 27%, ”Komissarov added.
He also noted that most of the applications came from Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Moscow region.
The winners of the competition will receive an educational grant in the amount of one million rubles and the opportunity to work with a mentor from among the leading managers of our Russia. Over the three seasons of the competition, more than 270 “Leaders of Russia” were appointed to high positions.
The main difference of this season was the appearance of new programs. At the moment, there are eight tracks for participants: “Science”, “Healthcare”, “Business and Industry”, “Public Administration”, “Culture”, “Information Technology”, “Students” and “International”, which is intended for those who wants to live in Russia.
The winners of the International Track will be awarded 1 million rubles and will be given the opportunity to obtain Russian citizenship or a residence permit in the Russian Federation.
On April 14, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Kiriyenko announced the start of the international track of the Leaders of Russia competition.
The Leaders of Russia competition has been implemented by the Russia – Country of Opportunity Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization on behalf of the President of Russia since 2017 and is the flagship project of the platform of the same name, which unites 26 independent projects. The competition is supported by the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
