Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that the country has experienced the most acute phase of the pandemic, and he also thanked the deputies who made decisions to combat the coronavirus.
At a meeting with United Russia deputies, Mishustin said that the faction is supporting the government “in key issues that are very important for the development of the country, in the preparation of balanced, thoughtful initiatives.”
“And in the most difficult situations, as it was last year, in the acute phase of the spread of coronavirus infection. In this difficult period you took responsibility for developing solutions that ultimately helped us to survive, let’s say, the most acute part of the pandemic, to cope with a very large volume of tasks, “the Prime Minister said.
The meeting with the deputies was organized on the eve of the government’s annual report to the State Duma.
