Servicemen of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Warring Parties (CPVC) have opened a humanitarian aid point in the severely damaged village of Al-Tamannji in the Syrian province of Aleppo. This was told by the representative of the CPVS Dmitry Zadorin.
According to him, during the action, local residents were given more than 370 food sets, which contains everything they need. The decision to hold a humanitarian action in this particular settlement was made due to the fact that during the hostilities the settlement was severely damaged. Many residents were left without homes and jobs, and in recent years they have become very poor.
On March 13, it was reported that servicemen of the Russian CPVS, as well as members of the Russian community in Syrian Aleppo, treated cadets of the Bashar al-Assad State Military Academy with pancakes in honor of Maslenitsa.
On February 14, it became known that the Russian military in Syria carried out a humanitarian action in the village of Balgunes in the province of Tartus. The servicemen distributed food kits to local residents. A total of 250 food packages were issued, which include rice, sugar, flour, and tea.
