The number of victims of COVID-19 since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic in Mexico has reached 155,145. Such data were provided by the country’s Ministry of Health on Thursday, January 28.
On Thursday, 1506 deaths were recorded in the country. According to the updated data, Mexico comes out on the third place in the world in the number of victims of COVID-19 after the USA (432.9 thousand) and Brazil (221.5 thousand).
It is also noted that the total number of detected cases of COVID-19 in the country has reached 1.82 million, writes Interfax.
Among the cases was the President of Mexico Andreas Manuel Lopez Obrador. According to him, the disease is mild, the head of state follows the prescribed treatment.
