French President Emmanuel Macron supported his American counterpart Joe Biden by speaking contradictory about Russia, Izvestia TV reports.
“We need to work out clear red lines in our relationship with Russia. I believe that in case of unacceptable behavior, sanctions should be imposed, ”the French leader said in an interview with the American CBS channel.
At the same time, Macron pointed out the need for a constructive dialogue, noting that one should not be limited to restrictions.
“We need an honest and open dialogue with Russia,” he said.
The US President announced an open dialogue with Moscow, not forgetting to introduce a new package of sanctions against the Russian Federation.
