Electric trains and premises in the Kirov motor-car depot are disinfected using cold fog technology

A cold fog aerosol generator has begun to be used to treat industrial premises and electric train salons at the Kirov railway station.

As explained in the local branch of the Georgian Railways, the generator operates on a 220 volt network and is capable of spraying 150-260 ml of disinfectant per minute. The device operates using cold fog technology, bringing the particles of the ejected solution to a foggy state. This makes the disinfectant the most effective, because in this state the solution is capable of treating all surfaces of the room, even the most, at first glance, inaccessible.
