In Russia, a project is being created for stations of robots controlled via the Internet, which can be used as couriers, loaders and snow blowers, said the press service of the National Technology Initiative Platform (NTI).

It is specified that we are talking about the creation of a network of bases for multi-purpose wheeled platforms intended for operation in open areas, in cottage settlements, in enterprises and territories without road infrastructure.

It will be possible to attract remote employees to work with the stations, as well as people with limited mobility, since control is carried out via the Internet. They will be able to take orders, remotely connect to work with the desired functionality and perform the necessary tasks.

At the moment, a pre-production version of a ground wheeled robot with a carrying capacity of 150 kg and a speed of 15 km / h has been created. There are both manual and autonomous modes of operation, control via the Network, building a map of the area, etc.

It is planned that this year the project will be proposed to the regional authorities. Now a feasibility study of the project is being prepared, writes RT on Wednesday, February 3.

Earlier, on January 25, it was reported that pilot tests of flying unmanned taxis would take place in three Russian regions by 2025.

The car is a passenger drone that can lift two people into the air at the same time. It is controlled by a digital system that completely excludes the passenger from control and monitors safety in the sky.
