Traffic police officers identified two young people born in 2000, who in the central part of the city of Yaroslavl in the evening of January 30, 2021, driving a car, demonstratively grossly violated the traffic rules.

The young people did not have documents for the vehicle, the VAZ-2105 car was detained by the traffic police and placed in a specialized parking lot.

When clarifying all the circumstances, the traffic police found that the young people took turns driving this VAZ-2105 car, both demonstratively grossly violated the traffic rules.

A protocol on an administrative offense under Part 3 of Art. 12.16 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (non-compliance with the requirements prescribed by road signs or markings of the carriageway). The punishment under this article provides for deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to six months. Also in relation to them, materials on other administrative offenses were compiled.

Earlier, the traffic police identified several persons who had committed similar offenses in the central part of the city of Yaroslavl.

Currently, two of them have been brought to administrative responsibility – deprived of the right to drive vehicles.
