According to the administration of the municipality of the city of Novomoskovsk, on the eve, on April 19, 2021, residents of the Wasteland village informed rescuers about the partial destruction of the bridge.
“Due to unfavorable weather conditions, heavy rainfall, a partial collapse of a fill bridge with an overflow pipe occurred in the village.”, – specifies the source.
Employees of the Committee for Road Transport and Communications immediately went to the scene. Together with the heads of the Gremyachevsky territorial administration, a commission examination of the damage to the structure was carried out.
Today one more examination is planned, this time together with employees of civil defense and emergency situations, as well as MKU “Road Facilities”. “A joint decision will be made on the implementation of repair work and the timing of the elimination of the consequences of a partial collapse”, – the administration informs.
An alternative way of passage has been organized for the inhabitants of the Wasteland village, traffic across the bridge is prohibited.
