The bailiffs of Novomoskovsk and the Novomoskovsk district are under enforcement proceedings on the obligation of a 38-year-old local resident to dismantle unfinished construction projects. This was reported by the press service of the UFSSP of Russia for the Tula region.
The unfinished object is not fenced in anything, so people can be injured due to free access to the unfinished building.
A 38-year-old man was informed about the initiation of enforcement proceedings, but the local resident did not fulfill the obligation to demolish the dangerous object.
Because of this, the bailiff drew up protocols against the man and imposed a fine.
In order to forcibly vacate the site in accordance with the law, the necessary organization was involved in this work. Now the unfinished object is being dismantled.
