The Prosecutor’s Office of the Odoyevsky District has approved the indictment in a criminal case against a 40-year-old local resident. He is accused of illegal acquisition, storage without the purpose of selling parts of plants containing narcotic drugs.

According to the supervisory authority, in November last year, a man on the banks of the Mizgeya River in the village of Somovo, Odoyevsky District, tore off the leaves and tops of a narcotic plant, then dried them at home and stored them in bundles in different parts of the house for personal use. 314 grams of plant parts containing narcotic substances were withdrawn from the illegal turnover.

The criminal case was sent to the Odoyevsky court for consideration.

We will remind, earlier “MK in Tula” wrote that a resident of Yasnogorsk will stand trial for the sale of drugs and destruction of material evidence in the case.
