A 14-year-old Crimean woman was injured on the stretch between the stations Simferopol-cargo – Simferopol. For this, her parents will be punished.
As told in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on transport, the driver of the train “Evpatoria – Simferopol” had to urgently slow down so as not to run over a person. The man reported the incident to law enforcement officers.
The police who arrived on call found out that the schoolgirl had come to the railway to take a selfie with the moving train in the background. She stood too close to a passing electric train, lost her balance due to the air flow and fell on the embankment.
The girl was taken to a nearby hospital with a suspected broken leg. In the hospital itself, a hip contusion was diagnosed.
For each of the parents, the schoolgirls drew up an administrative protocol on “failure to fulfill the duties of the maintenance and upbringing of minors” and issued a fine.
