In Kamyshin, servicemen held several subbotniks

Before Victory Day, paratroopers in the Volgograd region, family members of military personnel and civilian personnel of the formation during April put in order military memorials.

The servicemen of the separate guards air assault order-bearing Don Cossack unit repaired and put in order the monuments and the adjacent territory after winter, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense said. Memorials are dedicated to the soldiers who died in the Battle of Stalingrad and the reeds who died in the line of duty after the war.

Subbotniks took place not only in Kamyshin memorial sites, but also at memorial sites in the Kamyshin district of the region. On the eve of the holiday, the paratroopers improved military camps and playgrounds near houses, and planted trees and bushes in the adjacent territories.

The subbotniks were attended by paratroopers who were free from classes in servicing standard weapons and equipment and in combat training.
