The country’s top blogger, Ilya Varlamov, has been to Yaroslavl at least three times. But every time I found something negative in the city. Although, sometimes his reproaches seem quite fair.

The three-storey glass-frame structure really looks like a foreign element against the background of the harmonious “stalinka”, which houses the private clinic.
Earlier, the deputy of the regional duma and the chief physician of the clinic “Constanta” Sergei Filimendikov answered the city rights activists that it was too early to condemn the monstrous glass box, built in front of the clinic’s facade. We must wait for readiness. Now the scaffolding and fences are removed, the builders are doing the last work – landscaping the territory. And it became clear that all the worst fears of the architects came true. The extension covers a harmonious facade and introduces dissonance to the building’s design.
Ilya Varlamov quoted the deputy’s speeches in defense of the extension. Sergei Filimendikov reported that if you try borscht, then only after it has been cooked.
“His borsch is not cooked … It’s not borsch, it’s bat soup. There is still a big question for the mayor of Yaroslavl, Vladimir Volkov, and the director of the city planning department, Nikolai Belyakov, why this p..ben was generally agreed upon, ”the top blogger commented harshly on the new type of building.
And he advised to demolish the extension immediately.
