The Korean company Hyundai has introduced a sports version of the compact crossover Kona, which was named N.
According to a press release received by Izvestia on April 27, the sports version of the N differs from the usual Kona crossover by different bumpers, large exhaust pipes, red brake calipers and a large spoiler on the fifth door.
The interior of the crossover has sports seats and a steering wheel, a special gear selector, and metal pedals.
The Hyundai Kona N crossover was equipped with a two-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine with a capacity of 280 hp. and an eight-speed robotized gearbox. In total, the novelty will have three transmission modes: regular N Power Shift, track N Track Sense Shift and extreme N Grin Shift.
The maximum speed of the Kona N crossover is 240 km / h. Acceleration from zero to 100 km / h takes 5.5 seconds.
In February, Hyundai unveiled the Tiger X-1 concept, which is a walking convertible vehicle capable of navigating difficult terrain. As conceived by the developers, such a device could, for example, conduct research activities not only on Earth, but also on other planets, as well as on the Moon.
