Drink hot coffee, but quickly.
One of the most talked about advantages of the Hamilton Beach double sided coffee maker is its ability to make hot coffee. This means hot coffee is comfortably hot. Surprisingly, one of the most common complaints about this coffee maker is that it doesn’t get hot enough to make coffee.
So we think the results will vary depending on whether you’re brewing individual cups of coffee or 12 cups. The general idea about this coffee maker is that the coffee will be hot no matter which side you brew it from. However, if you use the drip side, the coffee cools faster because there is no heater on the drip side.
If you like to drink your coffee 30 minutes after brewing, this machine may not be for you. The good news is that with a travel mug, you can wait up to 30 minutes and the coffee will stay hot.
Finally, no more spills!
Anyone who owns a coffee maker knows all too well the mess that comes with it. If you pour the coffee out of the carafe too quickly or too slowly, there is a risk that it will spill or fall onto the work surface.
Fortunately, this coffee maker does not. The Hamilton Beach expert does a great job with the carafe, and it’s one of the most interesting features of this coffee maker.
While it doesn’t have a K-Cup, the tea and hot chocolate make up for it.
For K-Cup® fans, it’s a shame that this machine only supports coffee beans and ground coffee. However, tea bags and hot chocolate capsules have the advantage of being an easy alternative to a single serving.
The absence of the K-cup® function provides a variety of single-serve beverages.
