Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Tatyana Golikova, in an interview with TASS, gave her assessment of the situation with the coronavirus.
“Of course, now everyone is“ weakened ”and thinks that the covid is leaving,” a high-ranking official admitted, adding that the situation has improved, but so far the virus is not going anywhere. Golikova urged to take care of yourself and your loved ones.
According to information as of March 9, 9,445 cases of coronavirus infection were detected in Russia per day. In total, 4,342,474 cases of COVID-19 have been recorded since the start of the pandemic.
Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that the mask regime in the capital’s transport, as well as the ban on holding mass events, will remain after the lifting of most of the restrictive measures in the spring.
