The Serpukhov City Court satisfied the claim from the Ministry of Ecology of the Moscow Region.
The statement of claim contains a claim to recover the damage caused by four residents of the urban district of Serpukhov to the environment near the village of Drakino. The owner of a land plot in this area, an individual entrepreneur and two drivers organized an unauthorized dump. They dumped construction waste on agricultural land.
Environmental inspectors caught the violators red-handed at the moment when they brought the next batch of garbage. The citizens did not react to the demand to stop and hid from the supervisory authorities. Nevertheless, it was possible to establish the names of all the participants in the incident.
The calculated damage was 50.5 million rubles. The Ministry of Ecology will seek payment of this fine. It should be noted that the statement of claim was initiated at the request of the Administration of the urban district of Serpukhov.
