MMA fighter Artem Tarasov commented on the attack of the Russian mixed martial arts fighter Adam Yandiev on the MMA veteran Sergey Kharitonov.

According to him, Yandiyev’s act is “unmanly”, since Kharitonov did not intend to participate in the fight.

“Everyone saw this act of Adam Yandiev. I would not say that this act is male. Because it is clear that Sergei did not want to fight, he had his hands in his pockets, ”REN TV quotes Tarasov.

He added that fighters should not participate in fights outside the ring and to the detriment of others.

“Not to fight on the street is the most important rule. Here we see how a person first strikes one blow (first the fighter attacked Ruslan Abdo – Ed.), Then immediately to Kharitonova <...> A disgusting case, “Tarasov noted.

The conflict between Kharitonov, Yandiyev and Abdo took place the day before, on November 13, at a mixed martial arts tournament in Moscow’s Luzhniki Stadium. According to preliminary data, the cause of the conflict could be a quarrel over debt.

As a result of the fight, Kharitonov received serious injuries: a concussion, a closed craniocerebral injury, bruises, hematomas and a displaced nose fracture. The injured soldier will spend 10 days in the hospital.

The injured fighters wrote a statement to the police against Yandiev. Yandiev himself refused to testify against himself.

Previously, Yandiev participated in other conflicts, including with his colleagues.
