On April 25, a ban on going out and going to the ice surface on the territory of Salekhard came into force due to the spring thaw. A similar ban was introduced in Shuryshkarsky district, municipal administrations said.
Specialists of the Department for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Salekhard Administration are conducting a survey of the city’s territory in order to identify the places where citizens are most likely to exit and vehicles on the ice of reservoirs. Information prohibition signs will be installed in these places.
For violation of the established prohibition, liability is provided in the form of a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 500 to 1.5 thousand rubles. This ban is valid until May 31.
Also, the exit and exit to the ice of reservoirs was prohibited in the Shuryshkarsky region.
“The only exceptions are special vehicles of operational services and vehicles, which are constructively designed to overcome water bodies and specially equipped for these purposes,” the regional administration commented.
Recall that the ice crossing between Salekhard and Labytnangi was closed on the night of April 24, but motorists continue to drive onto the ice.
