The Ministry of Emergency Situations noted that there is no threat of fire spreading from burning garden buildings to the nearby construction market at the moment.
The day before, a fire broke out in Kurgan, as a result of which seven houses on an area of ​​1.7 thousand square meters burned down. m. Strong wind contributed to the rapid spread of the fire. No casualties were reported.
On May 2, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, warned of the risk of fires in a number of Russian regions in the coming days, in particular in the Kurgan region.
