Acting Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Mikhail Degtyarev instructed to prepare a proposal for the transfer of the yacht “Victoria” to the Regional Education Center in Khabarovsk, the regional government informs.
Earlier it was reported that the leadership of the Regional Education Center asked the interim head of the region to transfer the government yacht “Victoria” to the institution so that children, among other things, could conduct research on the Amur River on it.
“But I really liked the idea of the schoolchildren regarding the future of the yacht,” Degtyarev noted, adding that the proposal is original and aimed at children gaining new knowledge. Also, the Acting Governor instructed the Ministry of Property Relations to clarify the condition of the vessel and its suitability for transporting children.
