The news, which is perhaps the best evidence that the COVIDF epidemic is on the decline: from April 20, long-term visits of relatives with convicts will again be allowed in the institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service in the Kostroma Region.
Although the limitation remains: the number cannot be more than two, an exception can only be made for visitors with disabilities who need to be accompanied.
In addition, visitors to convicts are required to provide a certificate of no contact with COVID patients, received no earlier than three days before the start of the meeting, and use personal protective equipment – medical masks and disposable gloves.
If those who come to visit the convicted citizens show signs of any colds (fever, cough, etc.), they will not be allowed to enter the institution.
The press service of the Federal Penitentiary Service calls on the relatives of the convicts to treat the restrictive measures with understanding and recalls that thanks to them, it was possible to prevent COVID outbreaks in the Kostroma colonies.
