The Cheboksary mayor’s office sued the city woman for a plot of municipal land illegally occupied by her. This was reported by the press service of the city administration.
This is a plot of 847 sq. m, arbitrarily seized by a resident of one of the houses on Lebedev Street. Earlier, Rosreestr fined the city dweller 5 thousand rubles and issued an order to eliminate the violation. However, the woman refused to voluntarily return the land to the city, in connection with which the authorities went to court.
The Moscow District Court of Cheboksary took the side of the mayor’s office and ordered the townswoman to release the municipal land from the illegally installed fence. The woman was in no hurry to execute this decision and filed an appeal to the Supreme Court of Chuvashia. In the course of the proceedings, the cheboksarka could not defend her position, and the Supreme Court upheld the decision of the first instance court, and her complaint was dismissed.
Now the bailiffs will follow the execution of the court decision.
