Due to the new SanPiNs for the provision of services to the population, the delivery of goods from stores can double in price – on average, up to 600 rubles. Izvestia was told about this in the Association of Internet Trade Companies (AKIT). The SanPiN project is being approved by Rospotrebnadzor. According to the document, it will be prohibited to transport household chemicals in vehicles delivering food. That is, one order, which contains, for example, sausage and washing powder, will have to be sent to customers by different transport. In this regard, AKIT sent a letter to the chief sanitary doctor Anna Popova (Izvestia has an appeal).

“Additional costs of companies due to new requirements will double, as a result, the cost of delivery will increase proportionally, now it is an average of 300-350 rubles in Russia,” explained to Izvestia AKIT President Artem Sokolov. – Internet companies are focused on optimizing their business and reducing logistics costs in order to reduce the cost of delivery. This is done mainly by expanding the range that is offered to customers. Today the companies carry out joint transportation of food and non-food products, while their direct contact is excluded – the goods are separated not only by primary packaging, but also by secondary ones, and also placed in the car in different sections.

Rospotrebnadzor reassures that the measure will affect the joint transportation of food products with agrochemicals and household chemicals, which contain extremely dangerous and highly hazardous chemicals. However, AKIT notes that the document does not say anything about hazard classes, paragraph. 3.1 of the project in question concerns household chemical goods (TBC) without additional specifics. In addition, as Izvestia found out, highly hazardous substances are generally prohibited from using in TBH according to the technical regulations of the Customs Union.
