Despite the recent public disclosure, fake “volunteers” continue to raise funds in Yaroslavl minibuses. Boys and girls, obviously under 18, enter minibuses wearing T-shirts with the inscription “Kind Heart” and a cube for donations.
Young people say that they are collecting money for a sick child and show a pack of medical documents. Compassionate citizens continue to serve them.
The Kind Heart Foundation, whose symbolism is used by pseudo-volunteers, has already publicly renounced adolescents begging in transport. Having correctly noted that it is prohibited by law to collect funds in minibuses and use the labor of minors.
In addition, a video was leaked on the Internet, which shows how teenagers in T-shirts shove the contents of a donation box into their pockets – apparently, a day’s “harvest”.
The case of fees should be checked, if not by the prosecutor’s office, then by the PDN inspection for sure, because, apparently, teenagers are involved in illegal activities by someone.
Nevertheless, a fresh video appeared in social networks, in which the “volunteers” again began to walk in transport, collecting funds. Which are unlikely to reach children in plaintive photos.
It remains a mystery why law enforcement agencies were not interested in these young scammers. In fact, a well-organized group operates in Yaroslavl, which, under the guise of helping sick children, deceives the townspeople. Someone organized these boys and girls, trained them, provided them with props.
And these juvenile scammers, having passed such a school, will move to a new level, they will begin to sell unnecessary gadgets to pensioners for “crazy” prices and exchange real money for jokes bank coupons. Don’t believe me? Do you think these boys and girls will go to work honestly? Of course not! And it is high time for the Yaroslavl police to shut down this school of young swindlers, which operates in our city.
