Ukrainian Minister of Justice Denis Malyuska painted graffiti based on the famous British artist Banksy on the walls of the Irpen Correctional Center in order to sell it.
The object was put up for sale for 110 million hryvnias (about 300 million rubles), eight hectares of land are attached to the building.
Malyuska said on Facebook that the buyer will get a bonus – “an outstanding masterpiece of art based on the work of Banksy himself.” The minister also published footage showing the process of creating a “masterpiece”. The graffiti depicts a prisoner trying to escape from prison with a laptop.
Recall that in August 2020, a prison sale was announced in Ukraine. Irpen Correctional Center became the first object put up for sale. It is located 14 km from Kiev in the village of Kotsyubinskoe.
