The crash of an Air Force (Air Force) helicopter in Zimbabwe in the village of Arctur, located in East Mashonanland province, resulted in the death of four people. This was announced on Friday, April 24, according to NewsLine.

In the process of falling, the helicopter landed on the house and turned the building into ruins. It is clarified that among the dead there are one child and three military men.

According to the information provided by the publication, the commander of the Zimbabwean Air Force Elson Moyo, on behalf of the military, expressed regret over the tragedy.

It is noted that the military Air Force has repeatedly complained about outdated equipment, but the implementation of purchases of new equipment is hampered by Western sanctions.

On Wednesday, April 21, it became known about the death of the pilot and two injured in the crash of the Learjet 35 light jet aircraft while landing at the Brazilian airport Pampulha. A possible cause of the crash was an unopened landing gear, which caused the aircraft to slide off the landing strip and crash into a tree in Pampulha.
