The regional department of Rosselkhoznadzor carried out an inspection at the enterprise for the production of semi-finished products.
The results revealed various violations for which the entrepreneur was threatened with a large fine.
Mikhail Pronin prepared a substantiated legal position, pointing out the integrity of the organization, the insignificance of violations, the absence of negative consequences, and positive responses about its work. The document was sent to the regional department of the Rosselkhoznadzor.
The Office took note of the position. The amount of the fine was more than halved.
