The supervisory authority found that there was an unauthorized dump of used building materials on Shchekinskaya Street in Tula.
The administration did not take timely measures to identify and eliminate the landfill.
In order to fulfill the submission to the head of the main department of the Tula administration in the Privokzalny district, which was made by the prosecutor, the unauthorized dump was removed.
According to the decision of the prosecutor, the official was brought to administrative responsibility.
