Yesterday brought news that should interest ecologists:
not far from Kostroma, in the village of Apraksino, one of the local residents managed to photograph a roe deer – an animal for our area is very rare. He posted the filmed footage on the Internet, noting that the animal walked quite calmly along the outskirts of the village and retreated into the bird cherry bushes only when a person with a camera tried to get closer to it.
This news is interesting, since it is believed that roe deer are not found in the Kostroma region, but only sometimes wander from neighboring regions. But, apparently, this year the nature has cleared up so much that the roe deer have returned to the Kostroma region and intend to settle here …
