As noted, the prosecutor’s office of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, during the monitoring of the network, discovered the fact that a resident of the Anadyr region disseminated in the public group of the messenger inaccurate information about the dangers of cellular communications.
According to the supervisory authority, the man’s actions entailed administrative liability under the article “Dissemination of deliberately unreliable socially significant information in information and telecommunication networks.”
