A criminal case on violation of traffic rules (SDA) was initiated on the fact of an accident on Ostozhenka Street in the center of Moscow with three victims. This was reported on Tuesday, September 22, at the press service of the Russian Interior Ministry.
“A criminal case has been opened against the man who committed a road accident, as a result of which three people were injured,” RIA Novosti quotes the official representative of the department, Irina Volk.
The accident took place on September 21 on Ostozhenka Street. The Infiniti SUV, driven by rapper Elley (Elmin Guliyev), rammed the Mercedes, then jumped onto the sidewalk, where it hit pedestrians and crashed into a building, RT reports.
The Moscow Department of Transport said that, according to preliminary information, it was the Infiniti driver who was to blame for the accident, as he was driving at a red light.
Three victims were sent to the hospital. As the deptrans said, one of the victims, a man, was preliminarily diagnosed with severe spinal injuries, closed head injury and hip fractures. Doctors took away two more women from the accident site.
“The woman was hospitalized with diagnoses: open fracture of the leg, amputation of the ankle on the right. Another woman was hospitalized with a fractured pelvis and a concussion, ”the department added.
Earlier on Tuesday, Elley was detained, reports NSN. It is reported that the 27-year-old artist was sent to a temporary detention center.
