In the village of Sibertsevo, Primorsky Territory, they are looking for a missing soldier for the second month. Alexander Tatarenko was supposed to return to military unit 16871 on June 21st. There the guy served under the contract. Shortly before the disappearance, the guy told his lover that he was beaten in the unit, and complained to his parents about problems. After that, the soldier was never seen again.
According to the parents of the missing person, military investigators are now looking for him. The soldier’s mother wrote a statement to the General Military Prosecutor’s Office and the police. The woman does not exclude that her son disappeared due to conflicts in the military unit.
A criminal case was opened against the missing Alexander Tatarenko under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on unauthorized abandonment of the duty station. The guy faces up to 3 years in prison.
