In one of the non-residential premises on the outskirts of Simferopol, a 23-year-old resident of the Crimean capital organized an artisanal drug production workshop. The guy was also involved in the distribution of illegal substances.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that a large batch of synthetic drugs was seized during a raid on an underground laboratory. Law enforcers did not allow for the sale of more than 2 thousand average doses of powder, a derivative of mephedrone. The drug was distributed via the Internet and a network of small drug dealers.
An illegal workshop was set up in a private building. The corresponding inventory was found in it: acids, alkalis, powders and equipment. In the building, they found chemical formulas with instructions-records according to which the substance was produced.
A criminal case was opened against the Simferopol citizen under the article “attempted drug sale on a large scale”. The guy faces up to 20 years in prison.
