To confirm the right to a benefit, the owner or user of housing pays for utility services, after which part of the money is returned to his card.
To apply for a subsidy, you need a passport of the applicant and his family members, a document that confirms the right to use the living quarters, originals and copies of paid receipts for housing and communal services, income certificates and a personal account number. These papers and an application for a subsidy must be submitted to the MFC.
Reception of documents in the offices of “My Documents” is carried out by appointment. You can agree in advance about a convenient time by calling 92-40-14 or register on the official website of the MFC.
In the offices of “My Documents” all sanitary standards, social distance are observed, thermometry is carried out and hands are treated with an antiseptic, the MFC management assured.
Note that documents can be submitted not only in person, but also sent by mail to the address of the center of social protection of the population at the place of residence.
