This museum, which has just opened in Zurich, is called the House of Chocolate and is considered the largest in the world. In the main hall, visitors are greeted by a nine-meter-high chocolate fountain, which is also recognized as the largest on the planet. It is not surprising that the museum was opened in this country, because Switzerland, along with watches and cheese, is famous for its chocolate. The famous factory for the production of this delicacy has been operating in Zurich for over two hundred years.
The exposition tells about all the stages of making chocolate – from growing cocoa beans to producing sweet confectionery. Each of the visitors can try their hand at making something from chocolate, and then taste what happened.
It also houses a confectionery store, again the largest in the world, where you can buy all kinds of chocolate, according to Travel + Leisure.
