Having entered the parliament of the Tver region following the election results, Andrei Belotserkovsky became the first person who managed to be twice elected to the same convocation.
On September 13, the director of the Center for Strategic and Innovative Development of Tver State University was elected in a single-mandate constituency, and in 2016 according to the list.
According to preliminary data, the absolute majority of mandates – 206, or 79.23% – will be received by representatives of the United Russia political party. Self-nominated candidates will receive 33 mandates (12.69% of the total). Representatives of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation – 16 mandates (6.15%), the “Fair Russia” party – 3 mandates (1.14%), the LDPR party – 2 mandates (0.77% of the votes).
